Ordering Process
- We Make It Easy!
  1. Placing Your Order - You can order many of our products online; however, we suggest you simply give us a call and we will take care of all of the details.
  2. Artwork Review - If you have artwork to send us, please use our  "Artwork Upload Tool" or for smaller art files (under 10MB) you can also e-mail your file(s) to artwork@eclipsemktg.com. We can also create your artwork for you.
  3. Order Confirmation / Invoice - You will receive an Order Confirmation / Invoice that can by paid by clicking on the link in the body of your email. This will take you to a window where you can enter your payment information through our secure server. (All orders require payment in full prior to production.) Please be sure to review your confirmation / invoice carefully.
  4. Proof Approval - Approve your proof with just a click of a button - no need to mess with faxes! You will recive an e-mail with a link that will take you to a window where you can view your proof, approve it, or request revisions right online.
Please note that production begins after payment of the invoice and proof approval. Delayed or late payments or approvals from customers will result in delayed production and may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges.
